Emer O'Neill – Faces of Ireland Archive

Emer O’Neill is an Irish broadcaster, educator, author and former international basketball player. She became a familiar face to audiences across Ireland through RTÉ’s Home School Hub and has since worked across a range of television and broadcasting projects.

Emer is also the author of the children’s book The Same But Different and a passionate advocate for diversity, inclusion and anti-racism, using her platform to encourage conversations around representation and equality.

It was a pleasure to spend time with Emer and create her portrait for the Faces of Ireland Archive, and we look forward to sharing more portraits from the collection over the coming months.
